ロンドンへの遠足中、主人公の永井英葉は夜の街で迷子になってしまう。何とか駅にたどり着いた彼は、真っ暗な改札の中で不思議な卵を発見する。「これは何の卵だろう？とても綺麗だ…」その瞬間、卵は彼の目の前で割れて砕け散り、彼は意識を失った。目を覚ますと、彼はまったく別の世界に立っていた——ロンドンに似ているが、まったく異なる世界。王都セイラム。そこで彼は、王国から国王殺害の罪で告発された父親を探す少女、シェリー・レインスタッドと出会う。元の世界に戻るため——そして自分を救ってくれた少女を助けるため…エイハは竜の鎧クラリアスを身にまとい戦い続ける中で、この世界に隠された真実に徐々に迫っていく。
